About me
I’m a mum of three in my mid-40s, and I understand first-hand how much your body, energy, and confidence can change during this stage of life.
Like many women, I reached a point where what used to work no longer did — and it became frustrating, confusing, and at times disheartening.
That experience led me to take a more informed, sustainable approach to health, fitness, and nutrition — one that works with your body, not against it.
I am a qualified health coach, nutritionist, menopause coach, and personal trainer, and I bring all of this together to support women through midlife in a way that is both realistic and effective.
My approach is designed to fit into real life — helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency without extremes or restriction.
